Bill, Mr. Peter F. Chodos, Mr. Horst R. Helbig, Mr.\n Stephen C. Johnson and Mr. Victor Koloshuk.  Mr. Koloshuk will serve as\n Chairman.  In addition to the four management nominees, Messrs. Bill and\n Johnson were nominated and elected at the meeting. \n \n\n Mr. Chodos has been appointed as the Company's President and Chief\n Executive Officer.  Mr. Manish Z.
