Harris to the Company's Board of\nDirectors.\n\n\nMike Harris was Premier of Ontario from 1995 to 2002 and was first\nelected to the Ontario Legislature in 1981 representing the northern Ontario\nriding of Nipissing. He also served as Minister of Natural Resources and\nEnergy.\n\n\nCurrently President of his own consulting firm, Mr. Harris serves as an\nadvisor to a leading Canadian law firm, Goodmans LLP, and several Canadian\ncompanies. Mr. Harris also serves on the boards of several public companies\nincluding:\n\n\n- Magna International Inc. (Lead Director and Chair of the Corporate\n Governance and Compensation Committee);\n- Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT (Chair of the Board of Trustees and\n member of the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee);\n- Canaccord Capital Inc. (Director and Chair of the Corporate\n Governance and Compensation Committee);\n- EnGlobe Corporation (Chairman of the Board);\n- FirstService Corporation (Director); and\n- ENMAX Corporation (Director).\n\n\nMr. Harris is also a Director of the Tim Horton Children's Foundation and\nthe Mount Royal College Foundation.
