GE Vernova launches public offering of senior notes
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., February 02, 2026--GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) today announced that it has launched a registered public offering of senior notes, subject to market and other conditions. The net proceeds from the offering are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, including financing a portion of the acquisition of the remaining fifty percent stake of Prolec GE that is expected to close on February 2, 2026.
