Board Committee Composition
Gamma Communications plc has announced immediate changes to its Board committee composition, with the Nomination Committee's recommendations approved by the Board. Rachel Addison remains Senior Independent Director and Martin Hellawell remains Workforce Engagement Director. Charlotta Ginman will chair the Audit & Risk Committee, while Rachel Addison will chair the Remuneration Committee, and Martin Hellawell will chair the Nomination Committee.
