(TSXV: FPX) (OTCQB: FPOCF) (\"\n \n FPX\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") is pleased to announce the results of its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting held on\n \n May 29\n \n , 2024.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n At the meeting, the shareholders voted to set the number of Board members at seven and elected\n \n Kim Baird\n \n ,\n \n Peter M.D. Bradshaw\n \n ,\n \n Anne Currie\n \n ,\n \n James S. Gilbert\n \n ,\n \n Peter J. Marshall\n \n ,\n \n Robert B. Pease\n \n and\n \n Martin E. Turenne\n \n as directors of the Company to hold office for the ensuing year.  The shareholders also voted in favour of the appointment of DeVisser Gray LLP as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and approved the Company's Share Compensation Plan.\n \n \n The Company notes that\n \n William (\"Bill\") H.
