[{"type":"text","content":"Citation: 2021 BCSECCOM 1Revocation OrderFirst Bitcoin Capital Corp.(formerly Grand Pacaraima Gold Corp.)Section 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418¶ 1 On November 7, 2006, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Grand Pacaraima Gold Corp. cease until it files the required technical report, completed in accordance with the Act and the regulations, and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.¶ 2 On November 5, 2014, the Executive Director varied the cease trade order to reflect that Grand Pacaraima Gold Corp. changed its name to First Bitcoin Capital Corp.¶ 3 First Bitcoin Capital Corp. applied to the Executive Director under section 171 of the Act to revoke the cease trade order, and represented that:1. its business has not been directed or administered; and2. no promotional activities have been carried on in or from British Columbia since at least October 31, 2007.¶ 4 The Executive Director, considering that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest, revokes the cease trade order under section 171 of the Act.¶ 5 January 4, 2021Andrew S.
