From 1990 until his\nretirement in December 2007, Mr. Bledin held the position of President and\nChief Executive Officer and, most recently, the Vice Chairman of The Equitable\nTrust Company and its Toronto Stock Exchange listed parent, Equitable Group\nInc. Mr. Bledin, a chartered accountant by profession, is the Vice Chairman\nand a Member of the Board of Directors Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Mr.\nBledin is also a past member of the board and past Chair of the investment\ncommittee of Baycrest Hospital.\n\n\nEli Dadouch, President & CEO of the Trust, stated, "we are pleased to\nannounce the appointment of Geoffrey Bledin as a member of the Board of\nTrustees.
