The\n Corporation also announces an estimated special year-end cash dividend\n (the \"Special Dividend\") of $0.048 per share. These cash dividends, totaling an estimated\n $0.126 per share are payable on January 15, 2014, to Shareholders of\n record on December 31, 2013.\n\n\nThe precise amount of the Special Dividend will be confirmed prior to\n the payment date. The estimated Special Dividend recognizes the net\n income generated by the Corporation exceeds year-to-date dividends paid\n to Shareholders. The Special Dividend is not indicative of future\n performance.\n\n\nDIVIDEND OVERVIEW 2013:\nRegular monthly cash dividends for 2013 equalled $0.078 per month, for a\n total $0.936 per share, which, together with the year-end Special\n Dividend of $0.048, represents total cash dividends for 2013 of $0.984\n per share.\n\n\nDIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRIP)\nThe plan allows participants to have their monthly cash dividends\n reinvested in additional shares. The Price paid per share is 98% of the\n weighted average trading price calculated five trading days immediately\n preceding each dividend date with no commission cost.\n\n\nSHARE PURCHASE PLAN\nOnce registered with the Plan, participants have the right to purchase\n additional shares, totalling no greater than $12,000 per year and no\n less than $250 per month.
