[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\nTSX Symbol FC\n\n\nTORONTO, Jan. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Firm Capital Mortgage Investment\n Corporation (the \"Corporation\") (TSX: FC) confirms the previously\n announced special year-end dividend of $0.054 per share. The December\n and special year-end dividend, that total $0.132 per share, will be\n payable on January 15, 2013 to Shareholders of record on December 31,\n 2012.\n\n\nThe special year-end dividend recognizes that the annual income\n generated in 2012 exceeded regular dividends. Accordingly, a special\n year-end dividend is necessary to distribute all of the Corporation's\n income earned in 2012. The Special Dividend is not indicative of future\n performance by the Corporation.\n\n\nTotal dividends paid to Shareholders in 2012, including the December and\n special year-end dividends, will amount to $0.99 per share.\n\n\nShareholders are reminded that they can participate in the Corporation's\n Dividend Reinvestment Plan and Share Purchase Plan.\n\n\nDIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRIP)\nThe plan allows participants to have their monthly cash dividends\n reinvested in additional shares.
