The Corporation also announces an estimated special year-end cash dividend (the \"Special Dividend\") of $0.05 per share. These cash dividends, totaling an estimated $0.128 per share are payable on January 15, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2018.  \nThe precise amount of the Special Dividend will be confirmed prior to the payment date. The estimated Special Dividend recognizes the profit generated by the Corporation exceeds year-to-date dividends paid to shareholders. The Special Dividend is not indicative of future performance.\nDIVIDEND OVERVIEW 2018:Regular monthly cash dividends for 2018 equalled $0.078 per month, for a total $0.936 per share, which, together with the year-end Special Dividend of $0.05, represents total cash dividends for 2018 of $0.986 per share.\nDIVIDEND AND SHARE PURCHASE PLANThe Corporation has in place a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (\"DRIP\") and Share Purchase Plan that is available to its shareholders. The DRIP allows participants to have their monthly cash dividends reinvested in additional shares of the Corporation. A 3% discount will only apply if the weighted average trading share price, calculated five trading days immediately preceding each dividend date, is higher than $14.10. Once registered under the Share Purchase Plan, participants have the right to purchase additional shares, totaling no greater than $12,000 per year with a minimum of $250 per month.
