[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\nFRANKFURT, Germany, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholders at Fraport AG's \neighth regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) \nratified the recommendation of the executive and supervisory boards to pay a \ndividend of EUR1.15 per share for the last completed fiscal year. For fiscal \nyears 2006 and 2007 Fraport also paid out EUR1.15 per share. A total of \n1,479 shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the AGM at the \nJahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hochst today.\n\n\n\n Fraport's executive board and supervisory board both received\na 99.98 percent vote from shareholders ratifying their actions. This year's\nAGM was again chaired by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport's supervisory board\nchairman and the Hesse minister of finance.
