FedEx Appoints Scott Ray as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. and Canada Surface Operations
MEMPHIS, Tenn., January 27, 2026--FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) today announced the appointment of Scott Ray as chief operating officer for U.S. and Canada Surface Operations, effective June 1. He will begin transitioning into the role as COO-elect on Feb. 1. Reporting to FedEx President and CEO Raj Subramaniam, Ray will be the newest member of the FedEx Executive Committee, succeeding John Smith, who will transition to CEO of FedEx Freight as of June 1.
