In an update to stockholders today, Evofem Biosciences, Inc. ("Evofem" or the "Company") (OTCID: EVFM) anticipates the approval of the transactions (the "Merger") contemplated by the Amended and Restated Merger Agreement dated as of July 12, 2024, as amended, (collectively, the "Merger Agreement"), with Aditxt, Inc.
