[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFor immediate release\n22 December 2023\nEUROPEAN METALS HOLDINGS LIMITED\n \nResults of Annual General Meeting\nIn accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the Board of (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF) (\"European Metals\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 December 2023.
