All other text remains the same.\n \nFor immediate release\n2 June 2016\nEUROPEAN METALS HOLDINGS LIMITED\nEquity Issue\nEuropean Metals Holdings Limited (\"European Metals\" or \"the Company\") (ASX and AIM: EMH), advises that it has issued 1,279,372 new ordinary shares (represented by Chess Depositary interests or \"CDI's\") in the Company in respect of an exercise of options at AU$0.10 per CDI. \n \nApplication is being made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission to take place on or around 7 June 2016. The new ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in EMH.\nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 102,323,173.
