Mr Koch is a Chartered Secretary and CPA with 30+ years' experience working in the precious metals and mining services industries. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of European Metals.\n \n \n Mr Koch replaces Mr Dennis Wilkins who has been the Company Secretary of European Metals since November 2020.
