The CDIs that were issued to the previous executive members under the Employee Securities Incentive Plan (\"Plan\") was announced on 6 June 2018. \n \nTotal voting rights\n \nFollowing the cancellation of securities, the Company will have 151,703,973 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
