Enbumyst received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval in September 2025 for the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, as well as hepatic and renal disease in adults. With Enbumyst, Esperion expands its cardiovascular portfolio into an acute-adjacent, outpatient setting where convenience and patient adherence are critical.
