The\nCompany's activities are focused on its large holdings at its Corey Property\nadjacent to Barrick Gold's Eskay Creek Mine and its Coastal Copper Project in\nthe Anyox Mining Camp.\n\n\nThe Company is fully financed for the following programs of diamond\ndrilling on both properties. Drillng will commence in May, as permitted by\nlate spring snowpack conditions.\n\n\nCorey Property, Eskay Creek Camp\n\n\nIntegration of last season's diamond drilling, surface stream and rock\nsampling, lithogeochemical, and airborne magnetic and time-domain EM data has\ndelineated a prominent corridor of exploration targets, extending southward\nfrom the Battlement zone, though the Smitty and Cumberland massive sulphide\nzones and thence, to the prominent, highly altered feeder zone at C 10 zone.\n\n\nThe Company's consulting geologists interpret this mineralized corridor\nto represent a strong structural break within the original Eskay Rift basin,\nformed during the time of the volcanism and faulting that spawned the\nexceptionally rich Eskay Creek gold-silver massive sulphide deposit.\n\n\nThe top priority for diamond drilling in 2007 is testing this mineralized\ntrend as it extends to depth under Mount Madge from the Smitty and Cumberland\nzones and approaches the feeder zone at C10.\n\n\nA $6.5 million dollar program is recommended on the Corey property\nincluding plans for 16,500 meters of drilling.\n\n\nCoastal Copper Property, Anyox Camp\n\n\nPlans for the Coastal Copper are pending a final NI 43-101 compliant\nreport on the latest resource calculation. The primary focus of the 2007\nprogram will be on the Double Ed deposit that saw 27 diamond drill holes\ntotaling 9392 m completed by the Company in 2006. The deposit consists of a\nsurface showing of massive and semi-massive chalcopyrite (copper sulfide) and\npyrite, pyrrhotite, and sphalerite hosted by variably and altered mafic\nvolcanic rocks. The subsurface portion of the deposit is interpreted as a\nfolded lens of massive and semi-massive sulfide, true thicknesses varies from\n2 metres to greater th...
