MILAN, March 20, 2026--Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. (NYSE:ZGN) (the "Company" and, together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "Ermenegildo Zegna Group" or "the Group") today announced Profit of €109.5 million for FY 2025, up 20% year-on-year (YoY), compared to €90.9 million in FY 2024. Adjusted EBIT for FY 2025 was €163.0 million (€173.0 million before a €10 million provision for expected losses on trade receivables related to Saks Global), compared to €184.0 million in FY 2024.
