An additional milestone payment of\n \n US$10 million\n \n will be paid should Zejula be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (\"FDA\") for the treatment of endometrial cancer on or before\n \n December 31, 2025\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Zejula is approved by both the FDA and European Medicines Agency (\"EMA\") as a treatment for both first-line and recurrent ovarian cancer.
