We began a second Phase 1 study for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and we are pleased to announce today a CRADA with the NCI for further development of CA-4948 as an anti-cancer agent.
