[{"type":"text","content":"\n Crimson Tide PLC\n05 June 2007\n\n\n FOR RELEASE 5 JUNE 2007\n\n Crimson Tide Plc (the 'Company')\n\n (A leading service provider of mobile data solutions for business)\n\n Placing of new ordinary shares and Directors' Dealings\n\nCrimson Tide Plc is pleased to announce that it has raised £220,000 before\nexpenses by way of a placing of 11,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 2p\neach today (the 'Placing'). These funds will be used to continue the development\nof the business, for general working capital purposes and for possible future\nacquisitions.\n\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading\non AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 11 June 2007.
