Strategic partnerships with tactical investments are being made in new geographies, complementing the organic growth being delivered in the UK.\nParticular areas of progress are as follows:\n \n \n· Ireland - first phase contract secured with one of the largest state-sponsored companies in Ireland. The initial agreement is for approximately 200 subscribers who will be using mpro5 for remote working. This transaction has been closed with the Company's partner, Vodafone. To support the ongoing growth in Ireland, Wesley Dunn has been promoted to a full time role in Business Support.\n \n· United States - Dagen Wilhelm has been appointed as International Healthcare Consultant. Ms. Wilhelm, based in the Washington D.C. area, will focus on business development for mpro5 with specific emphasis on the Company's healthcare offering. Dagen will be the key contact for our participation in the CARIN Allliance, which focuses on delivering solid pharmacovigilance and digitalised healthcare. The CARIN Alliance is a bipartisan, multi-sector collaborative, working to advance consumer-directed exchange of health information. Further to this, Crimson Tide is also in the process of establishing membership of RX360 - an international Pharmaceutical Supply chain consortium.\n \n· Netherlands - Following the recruitment of Erik-Jan Smulder, a seasoned sales professional previously with BlackBerry, the Company has signed an important pilot project with one of the world's leading Facilities Management companies, based in The Netherlands, which is looking to combine mpro5's smart mobility with Internet of Things (\"IoT\") enabled functionality. The pilot has commenced and the Company is hopeful that this will lead to a long term commercial agreement in the near future.\n \n· Denmark - The Company has secured its first contract with ...
