The order is for 10 mobile systems for their M&S/Premier Inn support team and incorporates HTC HD2 smartphone units. \n Crimson Tide's mpro system provides a mobile solution that allows ICM's field-based auditing team to audit the cleanliness and facilities management status at M & S branches and Premier Inns nationwide. \nThe mpro solution has a robust scheduling and alerting system, allowing office-based users great flexibility in creating jobs and regular tasks on Crimson Tide's cloud-based servers, which are then pushed wirelessly to the HTC smartphones held by the support users. \nSays Crimson Tide Chairman Barrie Whipp: 'This contract with ICM is yet another instance of mpro devices being used in blue chip retail environments.
