[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2225G Crimson Tide PLC 02 November 2018 \n\n \nCRIMSON TIDE PLC\n (\"Crimson Tide\" or \"the Company\")\n \nExercise of Options\n \nCrimson Tide announces that two senior employees have exercised options over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.\n \nThe new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of options will rank pari passu with the existing Crimson Tide Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the 3,000,000 shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on or around 8th November 2017.\n \nThe total number of shares in issue following the issue of these shares will be 457,486,234.
