PLC\n\n (to be re-named Crimson Tide plc)\n\n (the 'Company')\n\n\n Extraordinary General Meeting approves acquisition of Crimson Tide Limited\n\n\nAt the Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') held today, all the resolutions\nwere passed including the change of name to Crimson Tide plc ('Crimson Tide').\n\nDealings in the New Ordinary Shares are due to commence tomorrow, 22 August\n2006.\n\nAfter the EGM, Barrie Whipp, who will be appointed Executive Chairman of Crimson\nTide on admission, made the following comments on current trading:\n\n'I am delighted that the acquisition of Crimson Tide has received overwhelming\nshareholder support. Considering the amount of executive time taken in preparing\nfor the flotation, Crimson Tide has continued to make good progress. With the\nadditional funds in place, we will now be able to expand the business at a\nfaster pace and take advantage of the many opportunities available to us.\n\nHandheld computers and smartphones are increasingly being recognised as\nessential tools for business and there is clearly growing demand for the\nservices we offer. These include remote e-mail, customer relationship management\nsystems and a range of solutions to improve the effectiveness of key people when\nthey are away from their offices and factories. The fact that we offer these\nservices on a subscription basis is proving attractive to our customers and will\nenable us to increase our recurring revenue base, which will give us increased\nvisibility of future earnings.\n\nThe business has established excellent partnerships with Sage, Palm and Good\nTechnology.
