Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Herman has held senior leadership and advisory roles across investment banking, fund management, and high-growth public companies. His decades of experience make him uniquely equipped to support Flyte’s growth strategy. In his roles with Flyte and CEOBLOC, Mr. Herman will focus on advancing strategic partnerships, capital markets positioning, and overall governance in support of Creatd’s mission to build a dominant aviation platform through targeted acquisitions.
