The virtual shareholder meeting is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2024. Shareholders of record as of the close of business today will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the virtual special meeting.Jeremy Frommer, CEO of Creatd, Inc., stated, “If you’re holding shares when the market closes today, you get to vote and have a say.
