(\"Supremex\") a proposal (the \"Proposal\") to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Supremex not already\n owned by it or its affiliates for a purchase price of $1.20 per share\n by way of a shareholder and court approved plan of arrangement.\n\n\nClarke updated its early warning report to reflect the delivery of the\n Letter of Intent.
