(\"Vitran\") at a price of $5.30 per share, representing\n approximately 2.06% of the total outstanding shares.\n\n\nClarke owns 2,133,591 shares of Vitran, representing approximately\n 12.98% of the total outstanding shares.\n\n\nThe purchase of the Vitran shares by Clarke was made for investment\n purposes.
