(\"Clarke\") announces that it has acquired indirect ownership of 4.9 million common shares of Overland Realty Limited (\"Overland\"). Such common shares comprise Clarke's total current position in Overland and represent approximately 13.95% of Overland's total outstanding common shares.The purchase of Overland common shares by Clarke was made pursuant to a private placement of Overland common shares from treasury. Clarke holds the Overland common shares for investment purposes. The Overland private placement closed on October 28, 2009 and the common shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months from the date of the closing.
