(\"Clarke\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: CKI) announces that Kim Langille has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 30, 2017, in order to pursue a financial position at another company.\n\nClarke is pleased to announce that Stephen Cyr, Clarke's Vice President of Accounting, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
