(\"Clarke\" or the \"Company\")\n (TSX: CKI) announced today the declaration of its 2014 second quarter\n dividend of 10 cents per share payable on July 11, 2014, to\n shareholders of record on June 30, 2014. The ex-dividend date will be\n June 26, 2014.\n\n\nAfter payment of the second quarter dividend, Clarke will have returned\n $0.30 per share to shareholders in the form of dividends paid.  In\n addition, Clarke has spent $4.1 million year-to-date repurchasing\n 450,300 common shares under its normal course issuer bid, all at a\n discount to book value. The average price of the repurchases was $9.19\n per share.\n\n\nClarke has today released an updated corporate presentation which can be\n found on its website. This corporate presentation will be presented at\n the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of\n Bennett Jones LLP located at 3400 First Canadian Place, Toronto,\n Ontario on Thursday, June 12th, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. EST.
