(\"Clarke\" or the \"Company\")\n (TSX: CKI CKI.DB.A) announced today that it is extending the date for\n delivery of proxies for its upcoming meeting (the \"Meeting\") of holders\n (\"Debentureholders\")  of its 6.00% convertible unsecured subordinated\n debentures due December 31, 2018 (the \"Debentures\") and rescheduling\n the Meeting originally planned for December 20, 2013. The Meeting has\n been rescheduled in order to give more time for Debentureholders to\n deliver their proxies and vote on the proposed amendments to the\n Debentures announced on November 14, 2013.\n\n\nTo date, the majority of Debentureholders who delivered proxies in\n respect of the Meeting voted in favour of the proposed amendments,\n however the Company has not obtained the required two-thirds approval\n to pass the proposed amendments to the Debentures.\n\n\nThe Meeting is now rescheduled to be held on January 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic Daylight Time) at 6009 Quinpool Road, 9th\n Floor, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3K 5J7. Votes must be cast no later than January 8, 2014 at 10:00am in accordance with the instructions set out in the\n management information circular and related materials that were sent to\n Debentureholders in November.
