("Clarke")\nannounced today that Marie Mullally has been appointed to Clarke's Board.\nCurrently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Scotia Gaming\nCorporation, Ms. Mullally is also a member of a number of public sector,\nprivate and not for profit boards.\n\n\nGeorge Armoyan, Executive Chairman of Clarke, said "I am delighted to\nwelcome Marie Mullally to the Clarke Board. Given her breadth of experience in\nmanagement and financial matters she will be a strong addition".\n\n\nPrior to joining Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, Ms. Mullally held\nseveral senior positions within Nova Scotia's public sector, including the\nRegistrar of Motor Vehicles and the creator of the Access Nova Scotia service\ndelivery model.\n\n\nMs. Mullally has received both Bachelor of Commerce and Master of\nBusiness Administration degrees - where she ranked first in her class of 100\ngraduates - from Dalhousie University.
