The funds from the warrant exercise are in addition to the\n \n $19.8 million\n \n cash that the Company held on\n \n September 30, 2021\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company issued 15,640,000 warrants with an exercise price of\n \n $1.75\n \n as part of its bought deal financing in\n \n March 2021\n \n .
