(CSE: BLLG;\nOTCQB: BLAGF; FSE: 7BL) continues to progress toward\nconsistent mine production and regular deliveries of mineralized\nmaterial to its milling partner, Nicola Mining Inc. \n\n\nFollowing the holiday break, Dome Mountain has resumed\nproduction activity, which is set to increase as a result of several\nnew operational measures detailed below. The mine is expecting to\nachieve consistent production of approximately 100 tonnes per day by\nmonth-end, positioning the Company to progress toward its fully\npermitted production level of 150 tonnes per day.\n\n\nAs outlined in the Company’s President’s Update of\nNovember 10, 2025, the early stages of ramping up underground mining\nat Dome Mountain experienced some timing delays. During this phase, a\nnumber of operational constraints typical of starting and\ncommissioning an underground mine were encountered and our team\nidentified and addressed these constraints. These constraints have now\nlargely been resolved or mitigated and are no longer limiting our\nunderground activities.\n\n\nOperational Highlights\n\n\n\n\nUnderground mining operations are expected to\nincrease with the introduction of a\nsecond production shift, enhancing\nproductivity and operational efficiency. \n\n\n\nConsistent production of 100 tonnes per day is expected to be\nachieved by month-end, positioning the\nCompany to progress toward its next planned production level of\n150 tonnes per day in the coming\nmonths \n\n\n\nThe Company is constructing a fire assay laboratory\nfacility, expected to be fully operational by month-end and capable of\nprocessing a minimum of 40 samples per day, allowing the mine to\nreceive rapid and timely assay results to help with grade-control and\noperational decision making. \n\n\n\nUnderground surveying capabilities have been strengthened with the\naddition of a LiDAR unit, improving accuracy,\nefficiency, and mine planning. \n\n\n\nOngoing staff training and certification programs continue to support safe, compliant, and efficient\noperations. \n\n\n\n\nWith the Christmas break concluded, the full operations\nteam has returned to site and underground m...
