(CSE: BLLG;\nOTCQB: BLAGF; FSE: 7BL) is pleased to provide an operational update from its\nmilling partner, Nicola Mining Inc. (“Nicola”), regarding the\nongoing processing of mineralized material from our Dome Mountain\nunderground mine.\n\n\nTo date, Nicola has processed approximately 2,954 dry\ntonnes of Dome Mountain high-grade mineralized material at its milling\nfacility in Merritt, B.C., at a weighted average feed grade of 9.7 g/t\ngold (Au) and approximately 35.6 g/t silver (Ag). This material has\nyielded over 210 dry tonnes of gold and silver flotation concentrate\nwhich is then bagged and readied for sale and shipment to Ocean\nPartners. Excellent gold recovery of 93.4% has been achieved in\nNicola’s flotation mill.\n\n\nThe 210 dry tonnes of concentrate produced to date is\ncomprised of 188 physically bagged tonnes, with a further\napproximately 22 tonnes of concentrate currently held in the circuit\nstock tanks and representing an average in-process inventory. \n\n\nAs of March 17, 2026, an estimated 1,828 tonnes of\nunprocessed mineralized material remains on stockpiles at the Nicola\nfacility. This material will yield additional gold and silver\nconcentrate as milling operations continue. The mill’s second\nconcentrate filter has recently been commissioned, and a second\nconcentrate thickener is expected to be operational shortly, further\nimproving concentrate handling capacity and plant operating\ntime.\n\n\n\nClick Image To View Full Size\n\n\nBags full of gold and silver\nconcentrate processed from Dome Mountain mineralized material\n\n\n are readied and await shipment at\nNicola’s milling facility in Merritt, B.C.\n\n\n \n\n\n“We are very encouraged by the consistent production\nresults from Nicola’s mill and the excellent gold recovery from our\nDome Mountain material.
