It is expected that Admission will become effective on 24\nJanuary 2008 and that subject to Admission occurring the trading of the\nOrdinary Shares on PLUS Markets will be cancelled with effect from this date.\n\nIt is expected that an AIM Admission Document in connection with the proposed\nAdmission will be published on 17 January 2008.
