The proceeds of the fundraising will be used to support and develop CEB's existing investments and/or to make new investments in the Brazilian sugar cane/ethanol sector.\n\nAlvarez & Marsal continues to advise Usaciga (49% owned by CEB) in relation to its funding requirements and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.
