(“Sandfire MATSA” or “MATSA”).  Avrupa continues to\noperate the project through the JV entity PorMining Lda.  To date, at\nSesmarias North, the Company completed 17 diamond drill holes,\ntotaling 8,900 meters, on six different fences along a strike length\nof 400 meters, as well as one further drill hole in the Caveira\nDistrict, totaling 614 meters (see news release of\n \n \n \n \n April 4,\n2022\n \n \n \n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n The new phase of drilling (9\n \n \n th\n \n \n overall) will\ninitially target anomalies located between the historic Lousal and\nCaveira Mines, over a strike length of approximately 11 kilometers.\n The first drill hole targets potential mineralization located\n300-400 meters northwest of the last reported mineralization in the\nLousal Mine.  Following this Lousal Northwest hole, depending on\nresults, we anticipate further testing in the Lousal area, as well as\ntargets at the Monte da Bela Vista prospect drilled by Avrupa in\n2012-2014, new targets in the Caveira Mine v...
