(the "Company") (TSXV:\n WAF) is pleased to announce that at the Annual General and Special\n Meeting of Shareholders held on May 31, 2011 the shareholders approved\n the Company's name change to Butte Energy Inc. The board of directors\n of the Company intends to implement the name change in the near future.\n In connection with this change the Company will apply to the TSX\n Venture Exchange for a new trading symbol.\n\n\nThe Company has also granted incentive stock options to its employees\n and directors to acquire 1,150,000 common shares at an exercise price\n of $0.30 per share, for a period of three years pursuant to the\n Company's Stock Option Plan.
