(“EnerCam”), has completed the Environmental\nImpact Assessment (“EIA”) covering the proposed drill target areas\non the Block VIII onshore oil and gas concession in southwest\nCambodia. The 289-page report has been formally submitted to\nCambodia’s Ministry of Environment for review and approval.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe EIA was prepared by Green Assessment, a\nCambodian-based environmental consulting firm, and was conducted on\nthe specific drill target areas identified within four sub-basins of\nBlock VIII: Bokor South, Bokor Central, Bokor North, and Kirirom. The\nAssessment integrates baseline studies of surface and groundwater,\nsoils, air quality, biodiversity, socio-economic conditions, and\ncommunity consultation, together with proposed mitigation and\nmonitoring measures consistent with Cambodian regulatory requirements\nand international good practice.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe drill targets covered by the EIA were defined\nfollowing final interpretation of EnerCam’s 350-line-kilometre 2D\nseismic program completed in 2025 (see ANGKOR RESOURCES’\nSUBSIDIARY IDENTIFIES DRILL TARGETS ON BLOCK VIII OIL & GAS,\nCAMBODIA).\n\n\n \n\n\nWith the EIA submission completed, EnerCam has now\ndefined a 4+1 drilling\nprogram across Block VIII. The program\ncontemplates one exploratory well in each of the four identified\nsub-basins — Bokor South, Bokor Central, Bokor North, and Kirirom\n— followed by a fifth well whose location will be determined based\non the results of the first four wells.
