Ltd. (“EnerCam”) has mobilized their senior staff to Phnom\nPenh Cambodia to continue this season’s development work on\nCambodia’s Block VIII oil and gas project.\n \n\n\n\n EnerCam holds a 30-year Production Sharing Contract\nwith the Government of Cambodia to explore, develop, and produce oil\nand gas on Block VIII in the southwest quadrant of the country.\n \n\n\n\n Keith Edwards, geophysicist, and Justin Snelling, lead\ngeologist and reservoir specialist, have followed EnerCam’s\nPresident Mike Weeks, to Phnom Penh to locate full-time residence in\nthe Kingdom while they immediately continue their work on advancing\nBlock VIII.  The day after arrival, and while waiting for approvals\nfor the Environment Impact Assessment and the Seismic scoping review,\nthe veteran geoscientists will commence a 10-day plan with technical\npersonnel from Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) to compare\ndata.\n \n\n\n\n As the project ramps up, three major milestones are\nunderway, namely:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The Environmental Impact Assessment is before the\nMinistry of Environment for review and approval,\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The seismic scoping plan, seismic bids, and UXO\nanalysis and clearance is being reviewed by MME for approval on the\nland areas submitted for seismic by EnerCam, and\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The geoscience team spends several days to several\nweeks with MME’s technical advisors reviewing seismic and\ninformation with MME.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Concurrently, the logistics and finance teams are in\nplace to ease the administrative and operational path.  These\npositions are filled with existing Khmer personnel and residents of\nCambodia.\n \n\n\n\n Mike Weeks comments on the concurrent activities, “As\nEnerCam strives to fast-track the exploration stages of the Project so\nwe can be drilling the first wells as soon as possible.
