AGI’s previously announced CFO search process is underway. To maintain continuity in its finance function until such time as a new CFO is appointed, Nicolle Parker, the Company’s SVP of Finance, will serve as interim CFO effective upon Mr. Rudyk’s resignation. Ms. Parker has developed a comprehensive knowledge of AGI’s financial affairs during her more than twenty-year tenure at the Company.\n \n\n As previously announced, AGI's 2026 annual shareholder meeting (the “AGM”) will be held at AGI’s corporate office in Winnipeg on June 4, 2026 at 9:00 am (Central Time).
