(TSXV:IRK)\n(the "Company") today announced a non-brokered private placement consisting of\nup to 10,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.015 per Unit, for gross\nproceeds of up to $150,000 (the "Offering"). The Units will be comprised of\none common share and one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant\nwill entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two years\nat a price of $0.05 per share for the first year, and at $0.10 per share for\nthe second year.\n\n\nThe Offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All\nsecurities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four-month\nhold period from the closing date.
