He holds a BSc and PhD in mining Engineering from the\n University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and has worked for some\n of the world's leading mining companies, having held senior technical\n management roles with JCI of South Africa, being Group Mining Engineer\n for Ashanti Goldfields of Ghana and General Mine Manager for Arcon\n Mines in Ireland.
