("Afferro" or the\n "Company"), formerly known as African Aura Mining Inc., the TSX-V / AIM\n listed exploration and development company with iron ore projects in\n Cameroon and Liberia, announces that further to the announcement on 13\n April 2011 regarding the restructuring of the assets of African Aura\n Mining Inc.
