(\"Afferro\" or the \"Company\") and\n International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc (\"IMIC\") have\n agreed to amend the Arrangement Agreement.\n\n\nThe amendment provides for the extension of the outside date to 31\n December 2013. All other commercial details of the Arrangement\n Agreement remain unchanged.
